Registration and Conference Fee

The conference fee is 220 € for senior participants and 160 € for students, if paid before
the 7-th August 2015.
Late registration fee will be increased by 50 €, i.e. 270 € for senior participants and 210 € for students.
This fee includes common lunches, excursion on Wednesday morning, two social events (Welcome drink on Monday and Workshop dinner on Tuesday), as well as morning and afternoon refreshments during the meeting coffee breaks.
The registration fee for accompanying persons will be 120 € per person. This fee covers lunches, excursion and two social programmes.

Upon arrival the fee of 270 € plus 120 € for each accompanying person can be payed as well, but in cash only!
Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are refundable, reduced by a 50 € processing fee, if the notification of
the cancellation is delivered to the organisers in a written form
(by regular mail, email or fax) prior to 7th September 2015.
Cancellations after 7th September 2015 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee;
however, a substitute
registrant will be accepted.
